Chapter 12: X-ray Computed Tomography (CT)

In this chapter, we present the CUQIpy-CIL plugin, which allows interfacing CUQIpy with the Core Imaging Library (CIL) for Computed Tomography (CT) problems. We illustrate setting up and solving a CT BIP in CUQIpy using the CUQIpy-CIL plugin, and show how to use CIL to obtain a deterministic solution for comparison.
